Refund Policy

A full refund if you request it within 14 days of payment

Last updated: October 30, 2026

This Refund Policy sets out how payments for a WeldStack subscription are refunded. In it, “we” and “you” mean, respectively, the Provider (Michał Rymut WeldStack) and the Customer, as defined in the Terms of Service.

1. Requesting a refund within 14 days

You can request a full refund of a payment for a WeldStack subscription within 14 days of the payment date, for any reason and without having to give one. This right applies to every Customer, whether a business or a consumer. It covers monthly and annual plans and, within them, the first payment, every renewal payment and every upgrade charge, subject to the limit of two refunds in 12 months (section 5).

The free trial requires no payment, so you can try WeldStack before you buy.

2. How to request a refund

Payments for WeldStack subscriptions are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. You can request a refund in either of two ways: (a) through the link in the payment receipt email from Paddle, or at paddle.net, where you can look up your purchase; (b) by email to [email protected], preferably sent from the account owner’s email address, giving the organization name and, if possible, the order number from the Paddle receipt.

We forward requests received by email to Paddle without undue delay. Whether the deadline is met depends on the day you send the request: a request sent within 14 days of the payment is treated as made in time even if it is processed after that period.

3. After the refund

Paddle returns the money using the payment method used for the purchase, usually within 14 days of the refund being approved; when the funds reach your account depends on your bank or card issuer. Any tax charged on the payment is refunded with it.

A refund of the first payment or of a renewal payment ends the subscription when the refund is issued, and access to the paid plan ends at the same time. A refund of an upgrade charge restores the previous plan, and the subscription continues. Your data is not deleted at that point: you can request an export of it within the period and on the terms set out in §13 of the Terms of Service.

4. After 14 days

If a request is sent more than 14 days after the payment date, no refund is due, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise. Paddle may nevertheless grant a refund at its own discretion under its refund policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy).

Cancelling a subscription does not by itself trigger a refund: the subscription stops renewing and access to the paid plan continues until the end of the paid period. If you also want your money back and 14 days have not yet passed since the payment, request a refund as described in section 2.

5. Refund limit

The 14-day period for requesting a refund is meant to let you try a paid plan without risk, not to let the Service be used free of charge by repeatedly buying a subscription and requesting a refund. If the Customer has already received two refunds under this Refund Policy in the 12 months before the request, we decide on a further refund at our discretion. This limit does not affect any rights under mandatory provisions of law, including the right of withdrawal described in §18 of the Terms of Service.

6. Statutory consumer rights

This Refund Policy is in addition to, and does not limit, the statutory right of withdrawal of consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights described in §18 of the Terms of Service. Unlike the settlement after a withdrawal, a refund under this Refund Policy is always a full refund: it is not reduced by the value of the services provided up to the time of the request.

7. Contact and legal status of this policy

This Refund Policy forms part of the WeldStack Terms of Service (§6). Please send questions about refunds by email to [email protected] or by post to Michał Rymut WeldStack, ul. Rzeszowska 163B, 39-200 Dębica, Poland. This Refund Policy has been drawn up in Polish and made available in translations; in the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
